Meet Sara
Sara discovered Pilates at 12 as an athlete, used it to recover from injuries, and never looked back. After 15 years of teaching and certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and StrongFirst Kettlebell, she opened her first studio in a Grandview garage — and grew it into the community it is today.
Her approach is simple: meet you where you are, and help you find your strongest self.
